Building Leaders Through Mentorship

Teamworks is a program run by the San Ramon Valley Education Foundation (SRVEF) that recruits high school students from across SRVUSD to serve as mentors in elementary school classrooms. These student mentors lead younger learners through interactive, team-based challenges that build collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking.

TeamworkNation's role is to provide the engine behind those sessions: our TeamSparks curriculum — a library of hands-on challenges available through our online platform — along with a complete set of video tutorials and training materials that prepare every high school mentor to facilitate with confidence.

The Program Model

Teamworks brings together SRVEF's community reach with TeamworkNation's curriculum expertise to create a structured, impactful mentorship experience.

SRVEF Recruits Mentors

Through the Teamworks program, SRVEF recruits high school students from across the San Ramon Valley Unified School District. These students apply and are selected to serve as mentors in local elementary schools.
